If you decide to use the pattern lock for the new DROID, make sure you remember the pattern. If you forget it, it will not accept your gmail password to log back in and you will have to do a hard reset and loose all your apps and settings.

I noticed your interest in the Sense UI and thought I would share that for a small price, someone has created a widget package based on the Sense UI called "Beautiful Widgets." You should check it out Clinton.

To check for updates on all your cool installed Android apps:

1) Go to Marketplace
2) Tap the "Menu" icon (or permanent button or whatever you call it at the bottom of the screen which looks like four horizontal lines)
3) Tap the "Download" menu pick

This lists the apps you have installed. If they're up-to-date they will have the word "Installed" in the right-hand column. If there's and update available, a version number will show instead. Just click to download the update. Simple!

"6. Set Droid to automatically switch to your wi-fi network when at home"

I thought tethering was something Verizon was planning on charging for? Or is what you're doing not considered tethering? All I know is I'm in a big metal warehouse right now, so I have no 3G, but I do have a strong wifi connection, and I can't access anything on the web or market. Can't even pull up google.com in the browser. Says "web page not available".

I am curious on how you are able to ue the voice activation completely. I have mine set up also, but I stll have to touch the phone to pick which number to use. Can't find any info, unless I use a bluetooth piece, I still have to look and touch.
