Video tour of our ‘Nueva Chica’ village home in the Loreto Bay resort: A dream 3+ years in the making
Almost 3 years ago we stood on a plot of dirt in the Baja desert, staring out to the blue waters of the Sea of Cortez, and envisioned a little casa.
Today, the adventure continues, but we’re getting closer as you can tell from this video tour of our Nueva Chica home, Casa del Lagarto Azul (“House of the Blue Lizard”) in the Agua Viva neighborhood of Loreto Bay.

Wonderfull site to see your home, looks lovely wish we could see more of it especially the downstairs bedroom, I guess it was edited out. The cameraman did a wonderfull job.
Loni and Clint, CONGRATULATIONS! Your casa is beautiful! It was a long wait and stressful at times (still) but looks like it was well worth it. I can’t wait to share a margarita with you up in the tower. Great video too – both Vanna and the cameraman.

Congratulations, Loni and Clint! It is soooooooo encouraging to see your completed casa. Looking forward to many rooftop conversations and margaritas in the, hopefully, near future. Karen
Thanks guys for your well wishes!
We can’t wait until all our homes are done, the common areas landscaped and permanent utilities in place.
Then we can all just relax and enjoy some good Loreto fun.
Joseph/Natalie – We thought people would be tired of all the videos of our place so you are right, bedroom #1 ended up on the editing room floor.
