Green is the word! The latest Discover Loreto Bay promotion is all about green as in the environment, and green as in cash savings. It’s encouraging to see the good marketing folks over at LB roll with the times, and continue to aggressively market the Loreto area. Obviously, this is good for all us homeowners, and would-be buyers.

The email also leverages the “Green Globe certification” that the Inn at Loreto Bay was awarded in 2008 that we previously wrote about (see The Inn at Loreto Bay Earns Bronze Certification from Green Globe).

The promotion runs from January 4 to March 31 and offers two choices: the Villa or Inn. It offers 4 nights accommodation for the price of 3.  Unlimited complimentary golf is included (only 9 holes open though, but boy are they beautiful!). Spa services are 50% off (Loni, pretend you didn’t read that), and a $100 resort credit is included.
