I have been in the restaurant since they opened and even though they had some issues when they first started, I have to take my hat off for Carol and Lee for the great efforts they have done to make the restaurant a first class one in such a remote area. My daughter and I are big fans of their operation and we love their service and their food. Waiters have been truly trained by Carol and Lee, and we enjoy everyone of our visits. Naturally, our favorite is Lee´s Brisket which is a delight, but pasta and salads are our favorites too. We live in Cabo San Lucas, which is about 7 or 8 hours away from Loreto, and guess which is our first stop besides the hotel? MEDITERRANEO RESTAURANT!
