Based on several Loreto Bay homeowners who have expressed interest in home furnishing options around Loreto, I thought it was time to catch up with Gustavo Flores, proprietor of Artesanias del Sol in Loreto.

Listen in as Gustavo talks about what attracted him to the Loreto area, what homeowners should consider when furnishing a home in Baja Mexico, and the many options his company offers in both custom and ready-made furniture.

During the discussion, I was impressed with the breadth of services that Artesanias del Sol provides; growing from modest beginnings offering just outdoor furniture to today where you can now buy indoor furniture sourced from several factories in Mexico, built-in cabinet construction and BBQ pits. Soon they will offer furniture packages that adhere to the Loreto Bay vacation program standards for the various Loreto Bay home plans.

His showroom is located right off the main highway near the new Bancomer; hours are Monday to Saturdays from 9 am to 6 pm, closed on Sundays.
